The weekly market hosts a variety of vendors that sell fresh seasonal produce, baked goods, plants, and handmade products. As of October, CSC Farmers Market would like to introduce our first meat vendor Etheridge Cattle Company!
Etheridge Cattle Company is based out of Williston, Florida, where the Etheridge family has been ranching since 1999. Owner, Brad Etheridge, is a 4th generation rancher local in Levy County and knows the process to provide customers premium, great tasting beef.
The Etheridge family believes that cattle should be in their “native environment.” Therefore, all their cattle are grass-fed and raised under the watch of trained professionals. The family also has their feed mill, ensuring their cattle are fed the quality they deserve.
The Etheridge’s motto is simple, “being involved with the cattle before they arrive at our finishing facility gives us the best start possible at raising quality, great-tasting beef,” says Brad. From start to finish, we carefully manage the cattle to ensure that we are providing fresh, wholesome products for our consumers to enjoy.”
