Weybourne Landing Dog Park
Hey dog lovers! Get ready for some pawsome news! A brand new dog park is opening soon in Weybourne Landing! It will have a specially fenced area for both large and small dogs, with large sun shades in each area to help keep you cool. Get ready for some wagging tails and playful fun!
Multimodal Trail
It’s hard to miss all the construction running parallel to 80th Ave leading past Sholom Park. On Top of the World is currently building a new multimodal path for residents.
Residents can look forward to easy access to nearby favorite Sholom Park and Stone Creek residents can gain easy access to Circle Square Commons, The Ranch Fitness Center and Spa, and The Club at Candler Hills without even getting in their car.
OTOW designed the multimodal path for residents to access even more fun that our community and neighboring local amenities offer. The route will provide an additional 7,246 in LF (linear foot) and be wide enough for two golf carts to maneuver past each other safely.
Multimodal paths are designed for non-automotive traffic, making them ideal for bike riders, dog walkers, joggers, and golf carts.
