On Top of the World believes strongly in active aging, a term used to describe a person’s physical, emotional and social wellness as one ages. Residents at On Top of the World are afforded a multitude of opportunities to engage in an active lifestyle including 4 fitness centers (including The Ranch Fitness Center & Spa offered at additional membership), fitness classes, Fitness On Demand [a virtual fitness platform], tennis, pickleball, softball, racquetball, aquatics, two outdoor fitness parks, eight swimming pools, a radio-controlled flying field, three golf courses, trips, tours, entertainment, approximately two hundred clubs and more.

Get Lean & M.E.A.N.
This weight loss support group meets weekly and dedicates equal time to education and exercise. Weekly sessions led by Personal Trainer Kelly Braley, she will address topics such as; nutrition, exercise and sustainable lifestyle change. “Get Lean & M.E.A.N.” was designed to provide you with the information and tools you need to successfully lose weight and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle. It has been proven that support groups can help you to stay motivated, accountable and on track to achieve your goal! All fitness levels are welcome.
Move to Improve
“Move to Improve” is a new program dedicated to helping manage the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease (PD). Research proves that regular physical activity provides tremendous health benefits, builds confidence and helps to manage the challenges associated with PD. The exercises in this class support strength, balance, multi-tasking, and producing vocal volume. Move with greater ease, and let your voice be heard! This class welcomes those with PD or any movement disorder as well as care givers.
Water Walking is a great way to keep fit and have fun. This free class is jam packed with fun-filled aqua movement that promotes overall health and wellness. Water Walking runs June, July and August and is held in the Arbor Fitness Center outdoor pool. Grab a buddy, some sunscreen and a bottle of water. See you in the pool!
