Weybourne Landing opened its model center on February 14th and in a little over a month, 35 homes have been sold. The first homes for Weybourne Landing have begun construction and are scheduled to be completed in October 2020.

Weybourne Landing will be way more than just new homes. A huge amenity center will be coming soon! There will be a resort-style clubhouse with a fitness equipment and aerobics room, card room, residence lounge, catering kitchen and large ballroom. The aerobics studio will have FitnessOnDemandTM programming. Outside there will be a couple of lanais to relax on, a heated resort pool with lap lanes and an outdoor covered pavilion with a BBQ area. Weybourne Landing will also have six pickleball courts and a miniature golf course. Amenity construction will begin in early 2021.
