New Home Sales & Resale’s: Associates must be knowledgeable in the documents process needed for sales and closings. Business Communication skills, both written and verbal, are expected. Five years of sales experience and a current Florida Real Estate License is preferred. Sales Associate must be in compliance with the continuing education mandates as required by FREC.
CONSTRUCTION/Residential FULL TIME
Superintendent: Multiple residential home construction experiences are a must.
Directs activities of field supervision and coordinates all aspects relating to the construction of residential, light commercial and other construction projects. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service. First point of customer contact for general inquires to include pricing, products, promotions and scheduling. Strong humanistic skills, effective creativity, initiative, good judgment, listening and the ability to express thoughts clearly and simply are essential to this position. Decision-making, problem solving, planning and research skills are also important characteristics.
The Customer Service Representative must be outgoing, self-confident, enthusiastic and motivated, with an understanding of human psychology, and possess strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
RECEPTIONIST: PART TIME
The Receptionist is a vital link between clients and the Sales department, establishing an enthusiastic awareness of the benefits of services while exuding a positive, professional impression. The number one priority for this position is to provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. Should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. Should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. The Receptionist will also perform administrative and office support activities as directed. Additional duties may include data entry, file creation and maintenance, word processing, filing, and faxing as well as daily report tracking and distribution. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (IT INTERNSHIP POSITION) F/T
Working under general supervision of the Chief Technology Officer, this position serves as a member of a team that provides a high-level support with the primary responsibility to administer databases and database management for the dept. The position delivers measurably high quality and responsive services and customer support to assigned programs and internal and external customers.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server database systems and tools, knowledge of SQL query concepts. Knowledge of tools for optimization and database tuning. Kill with the design and build of relational databases, data warehouse and decision support. Sill with leading large-scale requirements and performance metric definition. Skill with gathering requirements for data visualizations, dashboards and reports. Sills in process analysis, improvement and documentation.
IT QUALITY ASSURANCE: FULL TIME
General IT support and maintenance. Helps monitor and maintain the Company’s Enterprise Network Systems. Performs daily and weekly on site Network tests and maintenance, Qualifies Fiber Optic connections with test equipment. Troubleshoots network systems when necessary and makes improvements to the network cabling and hardware for both wired and wireless systems throughout the sites. Works on projects and tasks of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Keep Network organized and updated.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE: FULL TIME
Facility Maintenance Team Member CPO Certified. Experienced in Building Maintenance and Event Set-up, Light carpentry and must be able to work independently and must have valid Florida Driver’s license. Ability to read and understand written directions. Safe work practices. Experienced swimming pool maintenance, Pressure Cleaning and ability to work out doors in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE: FULL TIME
Golf Course Equipment Operators: The Operator provides the mowing, and other machine operated equipment uses for golf course playability and professional appearance. This position is responsible for the professional appearance of the On Top of the World golf courses. This position requires attention to detail and care for turf health. GROUNDS MAINTENANCE: FULL TIME
General Residential Lawn Maintenance: The Residential Grounds Maintenance Team Member provides general grounds maintenance for the residents of the On Top of the World Communities. This position is responsible for the professional appearance of the On Top of the World Communities. Must lift 25 pounds, use landscaping tools for extended periods of time; exposure to all weather conditions (Extreme Heat).
BEDDING CREW LEADER: FULL TIME
The Bedding Crew Leader provides leadership and supervision to Bedding personnel in the performance of their duties. This position is responsible for the professional appearance of the On Top of the World Communities
RESIDENTIAL FLEET TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC FULL TIME
The Residential Fleet Technician provides equipment and vehicle maintenance for the On Top of the World Communities. This position is responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of all two-cycle and four-cycle equipment, mowers, tractors and their implements of On Top of the World Communities.
* Perform general overhaul of lawn maintenance equipment and vehicles: inspect, adjust, diagnose, and repair mechanical defects in the many types of lawn maintenance equipment and vehicles as required; provide preventative maintenance including changing all oil, fluids, and filters, safety checks and repairs including but not limited to tires, wipers, lights, steering, suspension and batteries; diagnose and repair/replace all brake, wheel, front end, and chassis systems repair or replace carburetors, distributors, fuel pumps, steering systems, starters; diagnose repair or replace electrical external parts; use diagnostic scan tool to pull codes to diagnose, repair and replace fuel systems, charging systems, and ignition systems; Does occasional painting or body repair work. Maintains records of preventative maintenance, repairs made, orders, and time worked.
SPRAY TECHNICIANS: FULL TIME
Grounds Maintenance, Golf Course Maintenance & Sustainable Lawn Maintenance (SLM):
Oversee fertilization and pest control of shrubbery, lawns and landscaped areas.
License is not required although there are some positions that may need an active pesticide license and some may need 3-5 yrs. verifiable experience in a large scale Residential/Golf course property.
A valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
RANCH FITNESS CENTER & SPA: Part-Time
Massage Therapist: The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing clientele with professional service, recommendations, and treatments of the highest caliber in keeping with established standards.
