SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT FULL TIME
The Senior Staff Accountant provides accounting support in general ledger reconciliations, account analysis, and accounts receivable/payable activities.

Performing quality control walks and orientations. Scheduling work site appointments with trades as needed.

LEAD ENGAGEMENT CONCIERGE ASSISTANT FULL TIME
The internet concierge of New Home sales facilitates sales through internet leads generated by marketing initiatives. The internet concierge of new home sales is an information and immediate response expert that provides a positive customer experience through internet marketing. The internet concierge’s new sales consultant’s main focus is to convert internet leads to kept appointments which will ultimately convert to a new home sale. **Must be internet savvy, have online sales experience and enjoy being in the computer. Personable, friendly and outgoing. Creative and innovative. Highly detail oriented. Possess excellent written and verbal skills.
HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: FULL TIME
To ensure all equipment is proactively maintained and cleaned at the highest standards, handle A/C and electrical emergencies during and after hours which creates a community environment that resident’s desire. HVAC, electrical and Plumbing are maintained and operating at the highest standards. Assist in pool maintenance and repairs when work schedules require assistance. To assure that no system is down more than 48 hrs.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE: FULL TIME
Facility Maintenance Team Member CPO Certified. Experienced in Building Maintenance and Event Set-up, Light carpentry and must be able to work independently and must have valid Florida Driver’s license. Ability to read and understand written directions. Safe work practices. Experienced swimming pool maintenance, Pressure Cleaning and ability to work out doors in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE: FULL TIME
Golf Course Equipment Operators: The Operator provides the mowing, and other machine operated equipment uses for golf course playability and professional appearance. SPRAY TECHNICIANS: Full & Part Time Positions
Grounds Maintenance, Golf Course Maintenance & Sustainable Lawn Maintenance (SLM):
Oversee fertilization and pest control of shrubbery, lawns and landscaped areas.
License is not required although there are some positions that may need an active pesticide license and some may need 3-5 yrs. verifiable experience in a large scale Residential/Golf course property.
A valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
RANCH HAND FULL TIME
Experienced ranch hand needed: Circle Square Ranch, located in Ocala, FL, is looking for an experienced cattleman who wants the opportunity to join an award-winning, environmentally friendly ranch operation. The ranch currently maintains between 500 and 1,200 head of cattle on approximately 1,300 acres of land.
Responsibilities of the position include: fence work, tractor work, cattle condition monitoring, cattle health maintenance and pasture rotation based on the condition and health of the cattle.
Cattle experience is required. Applicants without cattle experience will not be considered. Other main characteristics needed are strong work ethic, ability to work outside in all weather conditions, honesty, and a desire to work with cattle.
