On Top of the World became the first ENERGY STAR™ rated active adult community in all of Florida to receive 100% ENERGY STAR™ certification on new homes. ENERGY STAR™ certification comes standard on Premier, Villa and Estate homes. However, it didn’t stop there.

On Top of the World has recently become the first builder in Marion County to partner with Building America, a cooperative effort established between the public and private sectors to promote research into greater energy savings.  Furthermore, moving beyond the home itself, the company has resolved to protect water supply through the use of water-saving technology and landscape design in both the individual homeowner’s yard and in the community’s common areas.
