REAL ESTATE SALES:                                                                                           FULL TIME  

New Home Sales & Resales: Associates must be knowledgeable in the documents process needed for sales and closings.   Business Communication skills, both written and verbal, are expected. Five years of sales experience and a current Florida Real Estate License is preferred. Sales Associate must be in compliance with the continuing education mandates as required by FREC.



WARRANTY TECHNICIAN                                                                                         FULL TIME

       To perform this job successfully, employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The employee will administer and resolve warranty issues on new houses in a timely fashion.  Prompt follow up and communication with the homeowners is essential.  Will perform such tasks that are necessary for the management of the On Top of the World Owners’ Association including, but not limited to, the enforcement of Association rules. Conduct inspections of existing homes at the time of resale to ensure compliance of Association homes for the estoppel process. Must have a strong understanding and experience in home maintenance including air conditioning, minor electrical and plumbing. The successful applicant will be a “people person” with patience and have an easy going personality. Must have a professional appearance. This is a visible position within the organization requiring the utmost awareness of how actions and communication are perceived. Must have at least 5 yrs of customer service. Bilingual a plus but not required.


LEAD ENGAGEMENT CONCIERGE ASSISTANT                                                     PART TIME  

The Lead Engagement Concierge Assistant facilitates the Lead Engagement (LE) team in sales through internet leads generated by marketing initiatives. The Lead Engagement Concierge Assistant will provide administrative assistance to the internet marketing team. The Lead Engagement Concierge Assistant’s main focus is to assist in converting internet leads to kept appointments which will ultimately convert to new home sales. Computer literate: including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient with Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.


HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:                                                         FULL TIME                                                          

To ensure all equipment is proactively maintained and cleaned at the highest standards, handle A/C and electrical emergencies during and after hours which creates a community environment that resident’s desire. HVAC, electrical and Plumbing are maintained and operating at the highest standards. Assist in pool maintenance and repairs when work schedules require assistance. To assure that no system is down more than 48 hrs.


FACILITIES MAINTENANCE:                                                                                 FULL TIME

Facility Maintenance Team Member CPO Certified. Experienced in Building Maintenance and Event Set-up, Light carpentry and must be able to work independently and must have valid Florida Driver’s license. Ability to read and understand written directions. Safe work practices. Experienced swimming pool maintenance, Pressure Cleaning and ability to work out doors in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.


GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE:                                                                          FULL TIME

Golf Course Equipment Operators: The Operator provides the mowing, and other machine operated equipment uses for golf course playability and professional appearance. This position is responsible for the professional appearance of the On Top of the World golf courses.   This position requires attention to detail and care for turf health. Must be able to lift 25 pounds; exposure to all weather conditions (Extreme Heat).

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE:                                                                              FULL TIME

General Residential Lawn Maintenance: The Residential Grounds Maintenance Team Member provides general grounds maintenance for the residents of the On Top of the World Communities. This position is responsible for the professional appearance of the On Top of the World Communities. Must lift 25 pounds, use landscaping tools for extended periods of time; exposure to all weather conditions (Extreme Heat).

SPRAY TECHNICIANS:                                                                        Full & Part Time Positions

Grounds Maintenance, Golf Course Maintenance & Sustainable Lawn Maintenance (SLM):

Oversee fertilization and pest control of shrubbery, lawns and landscaped areas.

License is not required although there are some positions that may need an active pesticide license and some may need 3-5 yrs. verifiable experience in a  large scale Residential/Golf course property.

A valid Florida Driver’s License is required.


HOSPITALITY :                                                                                         Part-Time Positions

  • Servers: Provides food and beverage service to residents and guests and provides quality service which enhances the customers’ experience.


RANCH HAND                                                                                                             FULL TIME

     Experienced ranch hand needed: Circle Square Ranch, located in Ocala, FL, is looking for an experienced cattleman who wants the opportunity to join an award-winning, environmentally friendly ranch operation. The ranch currently maintains between 500 and 1,200 head of cattle on approximately 1,300 acres of land.

Responsibilities of the position include: fence work, tractor work, cattle condition monitoring, cattle health maintenance and pasture rotation based on the condition and health of the cattle.

Cattle experience is required. Applicants without cattle experience will not be considered. Other main characteristics needed are strong work ethic, ability to work outside in all weather conditions, honesty, and a desire to work with cattle.
