Current Position Openings

Arbor Club Attendant
Part-time position. Responsible to ensure friendly, courteous, efficient, and effective handling of residents & services provided through the Arbor Club. Requirements: High Diploma or GED. Good communication skills. Computer knowledge helpful, but not required.

Crew Leader
Full time position. Experienced in the supervision of landscape maintenance teams. Must have 3-5 years verifiable experience with large scale residential property. Valid FL Driver’s License.

Licensed Spray Technician
Full- time position. Oversee fertilization and pest control of shrubbery, lawns and landscaped areas. Must have active pesticide license.3-5 yrs verifiable experience with large scale residential property. Valid FL Driver’s License FL.

Senior Network Administrator for Digital Communication Media
Full- time position. Must have experience troubleshooting and diagnosing issues on production platforms. Must maintain the advanced level of network support and performance monitoring for a 24x7 regional network and maintains all network systems .

Grounds Maintenance
Full or part-time positions. Must lift 25 pounds, use landscaping tools for extended periods of time; exposure to all weather conditions.

Wait Staff
Part-time & On-call positions. Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environment. Positions are needed for servers, banquet, catering (on-call) and bartenders. Requirements: High Diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ServSafe Food Safety certified.

Golf Course Starter, Ranger and Cart Attendant
Part time positions.

Nail Technician
Part-Time position. The Nail Technician is responsible for providing clientele with professional service, recommendations, and treatments of the highest caliber in keeping with established standards. Understands and practices universal precautions when providing services. Maintains all certificates based on services offered and provided.
